Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission:

  • The abstract must be submitted to [email protected] before the submission deadline.
  • Abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance based on their quality, and the payment of registration fees is required prior to this assessment.
  • Abstract must be free of typographical and grammatical error.
  • Presenting and corresponding author’s name must be indicated clearly along with their affiliations.
  • The format of the abstract must be as:
    • Font type and size: Times New Roman with font size 12, 1.5 spacing, 1 inch margin on all four sides.
    • Content: must include title, author’s name with affiliation, objectives, methodolgy, results and discussions.
    • Word limit: 250 words maximum with 5-6 words keywords.

*Instructions for full papers would be communicated via email after the acceptance of abstracts. The selected papers will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals upon payment of additional charges

Presentation Guidelines

  • Type of presentation: Oral/ Poster
  • Oral Presentation must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
  • The time limit for oral presentation is 6 minutes followed by a discussion of 2 minutes.
  • All posters should be in printed format as banners with a dimension of 4 feet (height) X 3 feet (width). For online participants, posters shall be prepared in the provided template.
  • The time limit for poster presentation is 3 minutes followed by a discussion of 2 minutes.

*Awards will be given to the best presentations in different categories.
